What is THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT?
Dr. Jordan D. Metzl’s 20- and 30- minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuits are designed to sculpt your abs, build stronger arms and legs, and improve your speed and stamina—in less time than ever before.

By mixing cardio and strength circuits into five power-packed, total-body routines, THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT trains your whole body and boosts your fat burn for up to 24 hours after each workout. Plus, you’ll eliminate the common weaknesses that plague runners and bulletproof your body against injury—all to build true Iron Strength!

What equipment do I need?
You will need a pair of light to medium dumbbells.

How many workouts are there?
THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT includes two 30-minute circuits that skyrocket your strength and fitness, plus three 20-minute circuits for maximum results in minimum time.

Can I stream THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT?
Yes. When you purchase THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT, you’ll receive the DVDs and a sign-up for the streaming service (in your confirmation email). You cannot purchase the streaming service separately at this time.

How do I log into my THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT streaming account?
You can sign up at ironstrengthdvd.com. For existing purchasers, all you need to do is sign in using your Runner’s World account credentials that you created when you bought the program.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “forgot your password” in the Sign Up / Sign In box.

How does it all work?
You can program these workouts any way you’d like. For instance, you can add a 20- or 30-minute routine to the end of your regular running workout once or twice a week to increase your strength and cardio, and decrease your risk of injury.

For the best results, however, do at least three workouts a week, allowing for a recovery day between each workout. (On recovery days, you can either rest completely or perform another method of physical activity depending on your fitness goals.) Select any workout you’d like, but a good approach is to cycle between all five workouts—IronStrength30, Ultimate HIIT, IronStrength20, Total Body HIIT, and Power HIIT in 20—to ensure total-body benefits.

Where can I buy THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT?
You can buy THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT at ironstrengthdvd.com.

Can International customers purchase the product?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer THE NEW IRONSTRENGTH WORKOUT to users outside of the continental United States at this time.
