Brooks has changed the way it names its running shoes. The Ravenna is now called the Launch GTS, which combines a fun, fast, and light ride with stability features some runners want. We have just received the Launch GTS 9 for testing, so I looked back at the previous version, the Launch GTS 8, to show how Brooks is doing stability differently.

He regularly tests more than 100 pairs of shoes each year, and once had a 257-day streak running in different models. Jeff can usually be found on the roads, racing anything from the mile to a marathon, but he also enjoys racing up mountains and on snowshoes.
