What He’s Wearing: Olympian Diego Estrada

During the fall in Flagstaff, Arizona, where Olympian Diego Estrada lives and trains, the desert-like environment often heats up to 75-plus degrees during the day and dips into the 40s at night.
“The mornings are chilly, then I heat up during my runs,” said Estrada in a phone call with Runner’s World. “I typically work out in a tank top and shorts [seen above as Estrada stretches on the Lakeshore Path while in town for the Chicago Marathon], but when I’m not training, I like to be cozy and comfortable.”
In his downtime, the 10,000-meter runner likes to take long walks with his dog and meet friends for lunch. He’s not one to “baby his legs,” he said, and usually opts for being active around town over lounging at home.
