Devon Allen gave the Cleveland Browns a dose of Olympic speed on Sunday afternoon.

The two-time Olympic hurdler, who was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles in the offseason, used his speed against the Browns secondary and hauled in a 55-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter of a preseason game in Cleveland.

Allen formerly played football at the University of Oregon. He tore his ACL twice, which led him to temporarily hang up his cleats and focus on track and field.

Allen had a tremendous season on the track. He ran the third fastest time ever in the 110-meter hurdles earlier this summer in New York with his time of 12.84. He was among the favorites in the hurdles at July's World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon, but was disqualified in the finals in a controversial ruling.

After the touchdown, Allen enjoyed in what could become his signature celebration—hurdling across the endzone. He's considered a longshot to make the Eagles 53-man roster with cuts coming soon.
