While most running enthusiasts stay in prime running shape year-round, the warm weather is certainly a welcome feeling when it comes to getting in those miles. This holds especially true for the summer, when we can really work up a good sweat and be in peak shape from our intense spring workouts. Something about dripping sweat after a long run makes us feel that much more accomplished.
Of course, to run effectively in hotter temperatures, we need gear specifically designed for summer weather. Said gear, however, can be pretty pricey, especially in-season. But since we're just at the beginning of spring, now is still a good time to stock up on moisture-wicking performance gear before the intense heat arrives.
Apparently, retailers feel the same way, as there are plenty of deals from premium brands like Brooks, Hoka, Nike, and New Balance offering massive sales up to 61% off running shoes, apparel, and more.
