According to Farah, he's 'lucky if he get's a month' out of his trainers, so he's likely to swap them pretty often. Here he is running in the Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo.

We're a big fan of this reflective running jacket, and whilst we'll be wearing it clocking up the miles in rainy England rather than Ethiopia, it's clear to see why Farah is a fan.
It also looks like Farah is wearing a Garmin running watch in this image, we're not 100% sure, but it could be the Forerunner 645, the brand’s first GPS running watch with integrated music, allowing Farah to go phone-free.
Farah was seen sporting a zip-up running layer for a windy January run in Richmond Park a few weeks ago. Available in a number of different colours, it also has a side zip, for extra ventilation as you clock up the miles.
Luckily for Mo, he spends a lot of time in much warmer locations whilst training. If you're heading abroad any time soon, or just looking for a layer to wear on the treadmill in the gym, here's a fast-drying, lightweight layer with the Farah stamp of approval.
Six days before he won the Chicago Marathon, Sir Mo uploaded a photo of himself training in a top that looks pretty similar to this Nike Long-Sleeved Medalist t-shirt.
As we mentioned, Farah gets through a great deal of shoes as he trains, but seems to be a fan of the Nike Pegasus 35's, which we gave a best runner's buy award last year. What more could you need?
