It's shock-absorbent and comes with iFIT access to over 10,000 workouts — including cross-training options like yoga that you can enjoy on that tilted screen. It's also slimmer than some treadmills at 191 x 87 cm, but then folds away to a length of just 104cm, so a good option if you don't have a ton of space.

The Oura ring is a fitness tracker with a difference. This smart ring is a tracker you genuinely forget you're wearing. It features a suite of sensors that can track heart rate (both resting and during a workout), body temperature and even SpO2 – the percentage of oxygen in your blood, which can flag illnesses.

These are a brilliant pair of earbuds for a reasonable price — particularly compared to competitors like Apple and Bose. The colour display touch screen is bright and clear, even in daylight — with up to a seven-day battery life.
