I've been using the C2 Pro for about six months now, and I won't reach for anything else post-run to ensure I keep DOMS at bay. The thermotherapy massage head allows you to switch between hot and cold, each with two different levels of therapy to play with. Why is this a game-changer? Well, heat can reduce muscle soreness after a run, again by promoting blood flow, while applying cold therapy can help relieve inflammation, which equals less pain. Win, win, win.
