1Heavy bag
This is a pretty straight-forward one and you can do lots of different workouts with it. Just fill up your bag with some heavy stuff such as books and get cracking with some squats or some overhead lifts, just don’t overfill it. Check out our Instagram for a heavy bag workout with Anna Woolhouse.
