Running coach Gemma Hillier-Moses will be leading run-specific live, online classes, to help you run stronger than ever. Rather than blasting the body in a sweaty HIIT session, Gemma focuses on muscles most runners neglect, including the core, trunk and glutes. There's also a live stretching class on Sunday evening, to help you unwind and relax after your long run. New Levels Coaching are offering the first session completely free, after that it will be £7-per-class or £39-per-month for unlimited classes. You can sign up to a class here.
2Barry's UK
If you're missing your weekly Barry's class, you'll be pleased to hear they have launched their 'Survival Membership' for lockdown 2.0. For £45 you'll get two 30-minute pre-recorded workouts per day to keep you motivated to keep up your training. There's also the new Barry's RUN - a 35minute instructor-led interval base class which aims to bring the brand's signature treadmill workout into the home (for those with a treadmill) or to be enjoyed outside (with instructors guiding your run speeds through perceived rates of exertion. It's not the cheapest, but if you like the Barry's style, you're bound to find this motivating.

3Fly ldn
With everything from yoga to barre, Fly Ldn have a mix of low-impact classes you can do in your living room. There's on demand classes, as well as a library of pre-recorded classes you can tap into at any time. There's the option to do a 7-day free trial on the platform, after that it's £9.99 per month.
4Victus Soul
If you're hoping to work up a serious sweat at home, Victus Soul have a range of home workout classes, including boxing and strength sessions. 100% of the proceeds of the classes go to the trainers teaching them. Each online class credit is £7, but there's an intro offer of three virtual classes for £13.50.

5Psycle
A great option if you have a turbo trainer or exercise bike at home, psycle has a number of their signature ride classes on their 'at home' platform. If you don't have a bike, there's also barre, strength and yoga sessions on there. You can sign up for a 14-day free trial, after that it's £35 a month or £12-per-class.
6TSC method
Running coach Tashi Skervin-Clarke launched her TSC Method to help runners train stronger and reach their full potential. In lockdown, she's launched the TSC Method Live, which gives runners over 20 workouts a week, including everything from full body weights to abs and core sessions. Membership costs £20 per month, but you can cancel at any time.

7One Track Club
Biomechanics and run coach Anthony Fletcher has founded virtual run club, One Track Club, to keep runners motivated during lockdown and beyond. There's live audio runs as well as at-home video workouts. The workouts are free, but you can choose to leave a donation if you are able to.
8Move Your Frame
If you're missing the positive energy the Move Your Frame instructors bring to every class, you're bound to love their on demand workouts. From dynamic pilates to boxfit classes, Frame are offering a number of different live stream classes, which you can book and join for £7 per class.

9Triyoga UK
Another one for yoga fans - triyoga is now online! There's a pretty full timetable of different yoga classes to tune into, and if you're new to the studio you can explore seven days of as much yoga, pilates and barre as you like for just £25.
