Completing the London Marathon is an enormous achievement that brings a huge sense of pride. It also entitles you to endless bragging rights, as well as a lovely swathe of free stuff.

That’s right – FREE stuff. Think a yummy post-race burger with an ice-cold pint, scrumptious sourdough pizza, a soothing massage and even a refreshing swim in Brockwell Lido. There’s enough on offer to make every London Marathon finisher feel like a winner.

    What? Bill’s is offering London Marathon medallists (and volunteers!) a free burger and drink at any of their London restaurants. Just show your 2025 London Marathon medal or volunteers pass on Sunday 27 or Monday 28 April and you’ll get a free burger of your choice, plus a bottle of Peroni or Lucky Saint, or an Aperol Spritz or soft drink.

    Where? This offer is available at all 11 Bill’s restaurants in London. Although Covent Garden (18-minute walk) and Soho (15-minute walk) are the closest restaurants to the finish line, you can also restaurants further afield in areas including Hammersmith, Wimbledon, Richmond and Greenwich. Simply show your medal or pass to gain access.

    Brockwell Lido and Park Road Leisure

    What? Want to improve your marathon recovery with some water-based activity? Charity leisure operator Fusion Lifestyle is offering all London Marathon runners a free swim at lidos in North and South London.

    Where? Registered London Marathon participants can enjoy free sessions up until Sunday 27 April at Brockwell Lido and North London Park Road Leisure. Simply show your race confirmation on arrival to gain access.


    Franco Manca

    What? Flash your 2025 London Marathon medal when dining in at any Franco Manca pizzeria on Sunday 27 or Monday 28 April to receive a pizza on the house. Buon appetito!

    Where? This offer is available nationwide, so it can be redeemed by runners travelling back home across England, Scotland and Wales. The Covent Garden restaurant is a 15-minute walk from the London Marathon finish line, while the Aldwich restaurant is 18 minutes away by foot. It’s worth noting, though, that you can’t pre-book at Franco Manca and the restaurants might get very busy – so it’s perhaps a safer bet to visit one further away from finish area.     The Ivy

    What? All 2025 London Marathon finishers will be offered a free glass of fizz at any Ivy location for a post-race celebration. Cheers!

    Where? Although there are various Ivy venues across London, ​​the Soho Brasserie is only a 15-minute walk from the finish line.


    Lush

    What? You might be starving after the race... Or, you might just be sore and in need of a hot bath. If that’s the case, get yourself to Lush, because the handmade fresh cosmetics company is giving marathon runners its Cold Water Soother Epsom Salt Cube (worth £6.50) and After Massage Bar (worth £10) between Sunday 27 and Wednesday 30 April to aid that all-important recovery.

    Where? Head to one of the participating Lush stores – including those located at Oxford Street, Paddington, Waterloo, Victoria and Covent Garden – and show your London Marathon 2025 medal to a member of staff.


    Pastaio

    What? Not ready to ditch the carb loading phase just yet? Then you’re in luck, because Pastaio is offering all London Marathon finishers a delicious plate of pasta on the house on marathon day – runners simply need to present their medal at the restaurant. All Pastaio pasta dishes, except, understandably, the whole lobster linguine for two are included.

    Where? For your free plate of pasta, head to 19 Ganton Street in Carnaby, which is a 20-minute walk from The Mall.


    Maxwell’s Bar & Grill

    What? This year, Maxwell’s is offering London Marathon medallists a free signature Big Max Smash Burger, featuring two smashed beef patties, melted American cheese, lettuce, diced onions and Big Max sauce in a soft brioche roll.

    Where? You’ll find Maxwell’s in Covent Garden, which is about an 18-minute walk from the finish line. Try to book a table in advance if you know your likely time of arrival.


    Boulevard Brasserie

    What? As with Maxwell’s, just show your marathon medal at Boulevard Brasserie and you will be rewarded with a free Boulevard Hamburger, served in a toasted brioche bun with Emmental cheese and fries – an easy win when it comes to refuelling.

    Where? Boulevard Brasserie is in Covent Garden, on Wellington Street, which is about an 18-minute walk from the finish line. Again, you can book a table in advance online.


    SushiDog

    What? SushiDog is treating all London Marathon runners to a free SushiDog, Sushi Bowl or Sushi Salad when they visit a SushiDog store with their 2025 London Marathon medal on Sunday 27 April.

    Where? The deal is available at any SushiDog location, but your closest spot will be the Soho branch, which is just a 10-minute walk from the finish line.


    Meatliquor

    What? It’s burgers all round this year. MeatLiquor is also offering a free burger to all London Marathon medallists on the day of the race, helping runners to refuel and replenish those much-needed carbohydrate and protein stores.

    Where? All Meatliquors in London will be participating in the offer, so if you can’t redeem it from Soho, the closest restaurant to the finish line, you can try one of the other London restaurants. The Bloomsbury, Islington and Shoreditch restaurants are all within a three-mile radius of the finish line.

    Palm Court

    What? Palm Court is an Art Nouveau-inspired spot tucked just off the Covent Garden piazza, where medal holders can enjoy a free Classic Steak Frites, comprising a 28-day aged steak and golden fries.

    Where? This Covent Garden brassiere is an 18-minute walk from the finish line. You can book ahead here.


    The Real Greek

    What? The Real Greek is offering every London Marathon runner who presents their hard-earned medal a free Greek Plate on Sunday 27 and Monday 28 April. You can choose either a meat-based option or the vegan Greek Plate and eat it on the house at lunchtime or in the evening. You can’t go wrong, no matter what you choose.

    Where? You can redeem this offer at any Real Greek restaurant in the UK – not just the ones in London. The closest restaurant to the finish line is in Covent Garden and it will take you about 12 minutes to walk there. You can find the full list of restaurants here.

    What? Heliot Steak House is offering London Marathon runners a free Argentinian rib eye steak or Claire Heliot burger to refuel post-race on Sunday 21 April and Monday 22 April.

    Where? Waste no time in grabbing this deal, as Heliot Steak House is located in Hippodrome Casino at Leicester Square, which is less than a 10-minute walk from the finish line. You can book a table here.


    Barry’s after-party

    What? Although a bootcamp class won’t be on the cards post-marathon, Barry’s is holding an exclusive after-party for runners between 12pm and 5pm on race day. There will be live music to keep spirits high and medal holders can enjoy a complimentary Hermosa protein shake to replenish their muscles, too.

    Where? Head to the Fuel Bar at Barry’s, which is close to Victoria station. Unless you catch public transport, it’s about a 30-minute walk from the finish line.


    Greene King

    What? Fancy a drink? Of course you do – you’ve just run a marathon. With that in mind, be sure to pass by a Greene King pub at any point from Sunday 27 April until closing time on Thursday 1 May to claim a free drink. Just by flashing your medal, ID and proof of result, you can choose from an Aperol Spritz, Peroni Nastro Azzurro (draught or packaged), CleanCo Clean Blood Orange Spritz or soft drink.

    Where? Head to any of the 128 participating Greene King pubs, which are dotted around London, to redeem your free drink.


      Tonkotsu

      What? Enjoy a free bowl of warming, post-race ramen when your show off your 2025 London Marathon finisher medal on Sunday 27 or Monday 28 April.

      Where? This offer is available in all London Tonkotsu restaurants, minus the one in Selfridges. While the Soho branch is less than a 20-minute walk from the finish line, your other options are a little further out and perhaps best reached by public transport.

      SunGod

      What? Everyone with a 2025 London Marathon race bib can benefit from 10% off SunGod’s entire range of sunglasses at their brand-new London store in Covent Garden until 7pm on Tuesday 29 April. On race day, runners can also pop along to the store to benefit from free post-race massages, tote bags, beer (alcoholic or non-alcoholic – you decide) and pizza as part of SunGod’s marathon after-party. That amounts to a lot of wins in one hit.

      Where? Head to 28 Henrietta Street, which is less than 20 minutes away from the finish line by foot, to claim these freebies.


      TfL and Southeastern rail service

      What? Not all freebies are food-related – some have high practical value. If you’re running the London Marathon this year, you can enjoy free travel on the London Underground and Overground services, as well as on the DLR and London buses, until 6:30pm on Sunday 27 April. Runners can also travel for free across parts of the Southeastern rail service, departing from London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Waterloo East and Victoria, to get to the start areas. In all instances, simply show your bib number when boarding your chosen transport to ride for free.

      Where? All TfL service locations will offer the free travel perk, as will the participating stations for the Southeastern rail service on race morning.
